Privacy and Cookies Policy

1. General provisions

1.1 The data administrator is Bidlab Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with registered office in Poznań (118/6 Piątkowska Street, 60-649 Poznań), registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0000497314, identified by its NIP number: 7831708024 and REGON number: 302607352, with share capital in the amount of: PLN 570,300.

1.2 In matters relating to data protection, the Company can be contacted via the dedicated email address: rodo@bidlab.pl, as well as through any other form of communication indicated at www.bidlab.pl.

1.3 Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and data storage takes place on appropriately secured servers.

1.4 For ease of reading the Privacy Policy, the term "User" is replaced by "you" and the term "Administrator" is replaced by "We", the Company" or "Bidlab".

1.5 The term "RODO" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

1.6 We respect your right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.

1.7 Personal data provided in all forms on websites created and managed by us are always treated as confidential and are never visible to unauthorised persons. We apply the principles of "security by design" and "security by default" in practice.

1.8 We do not intend to transfer your data abroad.

1.9 All of the principles arising from this privacy policy apply mutatis mutandis to data transferred to us in forms other than digital recording, including, in particular, traditional (paper) correspondence received by the Company.

1.10. Any person who has provided us with their personal data has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, provided that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

1.11 Under the RODO, any person providing personal data is entitled to:

1.11.1. the right to access your data and to receive a copy of it,

1.11.2. the right to rectify (amend) your data,

1.11.3. the right to request erasure of data and restriction of data processing,

1.11.4. the right to object to the processing,

1.11.5. the right to data portability,

1.11.6. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (currently the Inspector General for Personal Data, from 25 May 2018 the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

1.12. Where providing personal data and consenting to its processing is a condition of entering into any contract or obtaining any service from Bidlab, this is explicitly stated in the consent itself or our request for it.

1.13 Bidlab never applies the principle of implicit consent (consent by implication). Obtaining your consent for us to process your personal data will always be done in a way that is explicit and clear to you.

1.14. We keep your data for the period stated when it was collected. We do not store your data longer than you have given your consent. However, we reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the contract or the withdrawal of your consent - exclusively for the purpose of asserting possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to such data retention. In this case, the extent of data retention depends on the purpose of the retention. All data which is not absolutely necessary is deleted immediately.

2 The Data Controller

2.1 Bidlab only stores and processes data acquired in a fully lawful manner. From 25 May 2018 onwards, all personal data held by us - regardless of the date it was obtained - will be processed in accordance with the rules arising from the RODO.

2.2 The manner and extent to which we process your personal data depends on the manner and circumstances in which we obtained the data.

2.3 Your personal data is processed at all times:

2.3.1. in accordance with applicable data protection legislation,

2.3.2. in accordance with this Privacy Policy,

2.3.3. in a manner which ensures the utmost confidentiality.

2.4 Where the data has been collected directly from you, the legal basis for the processing of the data will in each case be Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO; as the collection of the data is in this situation accompanied by your consent to the processing.

2.5 We process your data on the basis described above - only with your consent - such as your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, place of work, IP address.

2.6 The data specified in item 2.5 above may be subject to processing also if the processing of personal data is carried out in order to pursue the legitimate interests of Bidlab (i.e. under Article 6(1)(b) RODO), and at the same time the processing does not infringe your rights and freedoms.

2.7 We shall be entitled to make your personal data available to entities authorised by applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies), in which case the extent of the data provided shall be limited to the legally required minimum.

2.8 The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent, or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

2.9 We have implemented pseudonymisation and data encryption to the greatest extent technically feasible.

2.10. We apply access control to databases, so that we minimise the effects of any possible breach of data security.

2.11. Personal data entrusted to us is processed only by persons authorised by us or other processors with whom we closely cooperate - i.e. entities ensuring no lesser level of data protection than Bidlab itself.

2.12 We will enter into an agreement with any party to whom we transfer any personal data, prior to transferring the data, requiring them to provide protection no less stringent than that set out in this Privacy Policy.

3 Cookies

3.1 The website www.bidlab.pl as well as all other websites managed by us use cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the software (web browser) on your computer. When your browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device you are connecting from. The parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited sites.

3.2 The information collected by cookies relates to your IP address, the type of browser you are using, the language you are using, the type of operating system, your internet service provider, the time and date of access, the location of your computer, the information you submit to the site via the contact form and your activity on the site (including the content you enter into forms before they are validated).

3.3 We use the data we collect to monitor and analyse how users use our websites in order to improve the websites by providing a more efficient and seamless navigation experience. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behaviour on the website.

3.4 Cookies identify you so that the content of the website you are using can be tailored to your needs. By remembering your preferences, it enables us to tailor our advertising to you. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of comfort of the services offered by us.

3.5 The cookies collected may only be passed on to external parties in a fully anonymised form that does not allow the identity of the individual concerned to be determined.

3.6 We use the following cookies on our websites:

3.6.1. enable the use of services available on the site, e.g. authentication cookies used for services which require authentication on the site;

3.6.2. security purposes, e.g. used to detect misuse of the site's authentication;

3.6.3. "Performance", enabling the collection of information on how the website is used;

3.6.4. "functional", enabling "remembering" the user's selected settings and personalising the user interface, e.g. with respect to the language or region of the user's origin, font size, website layout, etc;

3.6.5. "advertising", making it possible to provide users with advertising content more suited to their interests.

3.7 The User may, at any time, disable or restore the option to collect cookies by changing the settings in their web browser. Deleting or disabling cookies may result in malfunction of our services or their complete dysfunctionality.

4 Profiling

4.1 As part of our business, we use cookies to profile the content displayed by your browser.

4.2 The profiling we use never leads to any restriction of your rights or opportunities - regardless of the content displayed to you by our automatically running software, you have the opportunity to benefit from all offers and services distributed by us.

4.3 We do not use profiling based on other technologies than the use of cookies - by deleting your cookie history you have the opportunity at any time to remove any possible consequences of the profiling we use.

5 Final provisions

5.1 This Privacy Policy may be amended without prior notice.

5.2 We guarantee that no change to any individual provision of this Privacy Policy will ever lead to a violation of generally applicable laws or your legitimate interests protected by such laws.
